Houseofpippa is operated by Mumora Media LLC. These Terms of Service apply to your use of houseofpippa.com and to orders placed through the store. References to Houseofpippa, we, us and our mean Mumora Media LLC in connection with this store.
Read these terms together with the Shipping Policy, Return and Refund Policy and Privacy Policy. The policies provide the specific information about delivery, returns, exchanges and personal information. The contact details for the operator appear at the end of this page.
Using the store
Use the store for lawful purposes and provide accurate information when ordering or contacting support. You must have the legal capacity to enter a purchase agreement, or the appropriate authorization to make the purchase.
Do not use the website to transmit malicious code, attempt unauthorized access, interfere with the service or infringe the rights of another person. Information sent through a contact form should relate to your inquiry and should not include full payment-card details or passwords.
Product information and options
Review the product page, photographs and selected options before placing an order. The selection shown in your cart identifies the requested product, color, size and quantity. Check these details again at checkout.
Product information describes the pictured features and listed options. Questions about a particular product can be sent to info@houseofpippa.com with the product link. Keep the link in your message so the question refers to the intended item.
Prices and currency
Prices are displayed in US dollars (USD). The item prices and order total shown at checkout are the amounts to review before submitting an order. Shipping within the United States is free without a minimum order value.
If an error affecting an order price or product information is identified, we will contact you with the relevant information and next steps. A corrected price will not be charged to an existing order without your agreement. Any cancellation and refund will respect applicable law.
Order information
Provide a complete delivery address and an email address at which you can receive order messages. An order confirmation records the order details. Keep the order number for correspondence about delivery, returns, exchanges or payment.
For an order correction or cancellation request, contact support with the order number and the change requested. Support will confirm the next steps for that order. The dispatch-delay provisions in the Shipping Policy apply to an order affected by a dispatch delay.
Shipping and delivery
US shipping is free without a minimum order value. Processing takes 1-2 business days and transit takes 5-8 business days, giving a total of 6-10 business days. Business days are Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays. The cutoff is 2:00 PM EST/EDT (Eastern Time).
The Shipping Policy explains the separate stages, tracking and delivery issues. A delay beyond the promised dispatch period will be communicated with revised timing and the option to agree to the delay or cancel the unshipped order for a refund.
Returns, exchanges and refunds
The return period is 30 days from delivery. Change-of-mind returns require the item to be unworn, unwashed and undamaged, with tags and original packaging. Contact support to register the return and receive instructions before sending it back.
A size or color exchange within the return period is free, including the return label and replacement shipping. The replacement is reserved and dispatched immediately after the exchange is registered, before the return arrives. If the requested option is unavailable, a refund is arranged instead.
Approved refunds go to the original payment method. After confirmation, the payment provider requires 5-10 business days to process the credit. The Return and Refund Policy contains the full conditions, including the separate provisions for defective or incorrect items.
Website content and third-party services
The store uses Shopify's commerce platform. Links to external services, such as a carrier tracking page, lead to services operated by their respective providers. Review the terms and privacy information of an external service when you use it.
Use of website content does not transfer intellectual property rights in that content. Rights in trademarks, photographs and other protected material remain with their respective rights holders. Contact support if you believe content on the store infringes your rights, and identify the content and the basis of the concern.
Service limitations and consumer rights
To the extent permitted by applicable law, the website service is provided on an as-available basis. This provision concerns access to the website and does not disclaim the delivery, defect, return, exchange or refund commitments in the store policies.
Nothing in these terms excludes or restricts a consumer right, warranty or remedy that applicable law requires. In particular, the commitments for defective or incorrect items and the return and exchange service in the Return and Refund Policy remain in effect. If a mandatory legal protection and a term on this page differ, the mandatory protection applies.

Applicable law and resolving questions
These terms are governed by applicable United States federal law and the laws of Wyoming, subject to mandatory consumer protections that apply where you live. This clause does not remove rights that applicable law gives you.

Changes to these terms
Updated terms will be posted on this page. Changes apply prospectively and do not remove rights relating to an order already placed. If part of these terms is held unenforceable, the remaining terms continue to apply to the extent permitted by law.
